Wander amongst the relict Palms and Cycads of Palm Valley
Palm Valley 4WD Day TourTraveling through the West MacDonnell Ranges we make our way to the historic Precinct of Hermannsburg then journey along the ancient Finke River bed to Palm Valley for morning tea. Wander amongst the relict Palms and Cycads before exploring Kalarranda Lookout and discovering the Amphitheatre. Return to Hermannsburg Historic Precinct for a Ploughman's Lunch before relaxing with time to explore the historic buildings and Art Gallery featuring works of the famous Aboriginal Artist Albert Namatjira. In the late afternoon we return to Alice Springs watching the fading light reflecting of the MacDonnell Ranges.
