Spectacular outback scenery and photo opportunities as we travel along the magnificent West MacDonnell Ranges, stopping at historic sites. Enjoy beautiful walks at Simpsons Gap, Standley Chasm (for morning tea), the Ochre Pits, and Ormiston Gorge for lunch. Our next stop is at Glen Helen
Traveling through the West MacDonnell Ranges we make our way to the Historic Precinct of Hermannsburg for morning tea and a leg stretch. After scones with jam and cream explore the historic buildings and Art Gallery featuring works of the famous Aboriginal Artist Albert Namatjira. Its then time to depart Hermannsburg and journey along the ancient Finke River bed by custom built 4WD.

We collect you from outside your Alice Springs accommodation at approximately 6am and head to our first stop at Erldunda (home of the Emu) for a buffet breakfast.
If you’re starting the tour from Yulara (Ayers Rock Resort) we pick you up from the Outback Pioneer Hotel at approximately 11:45am.
